Cancelation Policy
**NO CANCELATIONS ON HOLIDAYS OR HOLIDAY WEEKENDS**
We have a 48 hour cancelation policy on pontoon boats and parasailing. If you cancel 48 hours prior to scheduled reservation, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel 24 hours prior to scheduled reservation, you will receive a 50% refund. There are no time adjustments on late arrivals on pontoon boat rentals. We do not refund for inclement weather during your rental period. No refunds for no show reservations.
