Cancelation Policy
No cancellations are accepted on holidays or holiday weekends.
We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations on pontoon boat rentals and parasailing:
Cancellations made 48 hours (2 days) or more before your scheduled reservation will receive a full refund, or you are able to reschedule for another day.
Please note:
Late arrivals for pontoon boat rentals will not receive time adjustments.
We do not offer refunds for inclement weather that occurs during your rental period.
No-shows will not be refunded under any circumstances.
